This service was once offered a decade ago on HDDVR Receivers (HR20-HR24) but since then the DIRECTV to PC functionality no longer exists on receivers.

Jairo H24 is an HD-only receiver (you must mean HR24), and and no receivers still have that feature so no need for a PM.
