Mitsubishi 65- 738 3d tv

I have the 738 3d series tv.  The hd direct tv box is connected directly to the tv using an hdmi cable.  I have the emitter with the 3d glasses and the sony 3d blueray dvd player.  When I turn to any of the 3d channels they do not work.  Is there anyone out there that can help?
