More 771 fun

After all this heavy weather here in the NE, Ive managed to lose a good deal of my channels to searching for...ext 771. After doing the system setup, the only satellite I dont get, is the 103 degree middle one. The rest are fine. This seems like a lnb, multiswitch issue on the slimline setup. I changed the wires around on the back of the receiver, looked at all the connections, etc. I checked out the dish, and found a bolt sheared off one of the support pylons, replaced it, and no change. Is the dish aiming that touchy? Any suggestions?

Yes, the dish aiming is VERY touchy, especially for the 99 and 103ºW HD satellites.  Best to call DirecTV and request a service visit.  It's free if you have their Equipment Protection Plan, or within 90-days of installation. Otherwise ~$50.
