More than 6 TV's

Hi -

I'm trying to price out a new Direct TV installation, but I am hitting a brick wall with Direct TV in that I need to have more than 6 receivers.  Specifically, I wanted the following setup:

Two HD DVRs

Four HD receivers (with the whole house DVR service)

Two standard definition receivers

When I talk to Direct TV, I keep getting this inane comment that you can't get more than 6 receivers in an initial order.  And instead I have to sign up for a two year contract, get the 6 receivers installed, and then call customer service after the initial installation, order two more receivers, and then pay a hefty installation fee to have the crew come back to the house, swap out my SWM-8 switch for an SWM-16 switch, and install two more receivers.  Totally stupid!

Is there any way around this?
