Moved into new place that has Directv dishes, but our receivers don't work.

Hi All,

Hope someone can help me.  We just moved into a new place.  The old occupants were using Directv.  So I thought I could simply just plug in my Directv tuners in and voila, in business.  This isn't the case.  The on-screen message says that the tuners are "Searching for Signal on Satellites in 1...(771)"

So I'm assume that the dishes aren't finding the Satellites.  is this a correct assumption.  One noticeable difference between our old house and new place is that the new place has 2 dishes pointing in different directions.  Where our old place only had 1 dish.  Could this pose a problem?  We only move about 10 mile from our old place.  The old Zip code is 54476 and the new zip code is 54455.
