MRV stopped working on one but not the other?!

I have an odd problem here. I have two HD DVR's both HR22/100. I have had the MRV working on them fine for the last two or three weeks now. This last Friday evening I went to the playlist on the DVR in our livingroom and it pulled up the list like normal and I selected to watch a show from the bedroom dvr. The show started up and I had video but no audio so I stopped the program and was going to restart it to correct the problem. When I went back to the list after stopping it, all the listing from the bedrrom DVR were missing and I haven't been able to get the unit to work with the one in the bedroom. I did a reset on both units, opted out, then back in for the MRV beta, reset my modem and router, redid the network setup and all systems test OK and show they are connected to phone and internet and both show "authorized" on the MRV and nothing is working. What is weird though, is that the bedroom DVR can get the list from the livingroom DVR, but the livingroom can't get the bedroom info. Both the most current updates (0x3a8) performed at the same time on the same night and are hardwired with CAT5 ethernet cables running off a belkin g+ MIMO router. Anyone have the same trouble or ideas for help? Thanks

ehuffy23,
Read the entire thread in the link below, paying close attention to what user tenn did to correct his problem. See if this procedure is something you have already tried and JFG follow his instructions on both your HR22's and see if it corrects your issue. Hope this helps!!!

I had read this thread yesterday and tried everything listed there. I just find it odd that the bedroom DVR can see the livingroom listings but the livingroom shows no networked DVR found when I check the staus.

I have this same problem.
HR22-100 does not see any shared DVRs but HR21-700 sees the HR22-100
Both are on a hardwired ethernet connection with a commercial grade switch and router
Diagnosis technique:
reset router
reset networking on BOTH
opt out both reboot both
opt in both reboot both

no joy...

HR21-700 sees the HR22-100
HR22-100 DOES NOT see the HR21-700

There is obviously some aspect of each of your systems (router, cables, switches) that is preventing flow. I'd think it would be very difficult to spot exactly what the problem is long distance.

This does show just how precise the connection must be in order for MRV to function and reinforces Directv's policy of requiring a DECA network in order to activate mainstream MRV. I'm guessing that mainstream won't be too long in coming and each of you will be able to opt in to DECA if you so choose.
