MRV with BB Deca cannot connect to internet
I have an HR24-100 connect to SWiM via spliter shared with BB DECA connected to a DLink DAP-1522 wireless bridge to Dlink DIR-825 Router.
Also have one H21 connected with DECA through power insert-er thingy, and one more H21 with DECA. My WHDVR service works fine. I cannot get internet connection on any of the rcvrs however. I made sure the router does not have MAC filtering on and the firewall is off. I went to the menu>setup>system setup>network>restore defaults on all rcvrs, then, red button reset everything, disconnected power to the router and bridge, powered up the BB DECA, bridge, router then the rcvrs. BB DECA has all green LED's on and the network LED's blink on all the DECA's. My installer initially installed the BB DECA at the router with a splitter shared with the cable modem....this seemed wrong to me as there is no connection to anything on my sat network, and the cLink LED just blinked forever and the network LED never lit up. So I moved it to the bridge side of my network since I don't have sat cabling where my router is located. FYI the bridge is dual band 2.4GHz and 5GHz N, and worked great when I connected the HR24 directly to it and ran DIRECTV2PC. There is nothing connected to the HR24 Ethernet port currently since I read it will disable WHDVR.
Sorry so long winded, just trying to provide as much info as I can think of.

Rcvr's show up on my network on the router (not widows) but I cannot get a ping reply at any of the IP's assigned. Even port forwarded the ranges of ports that were specified under network services and still nothing.

I am having difficulty visualizing your router connection, but attached is a schematic of how it should be connected. Normal installations do not require a bridge. Make sure the router is set for DHCP auto configuration.

The way you're connected should work, assuming the bridge is properly configured to your router. You can connect it directly to your desktop computer to check that it can access the router/Internet. Assuming that is done, try this. On one of your DVR's press menu -> .....setup -> system setup -> network setup -> restore defaults -> while in the same menu run "connect now". You should get a "connected to Internet" message. If you do, repeat this exercise on all your other receivers.

Not sure what you mean by connecting directly to my desktop computer. Connect which?

With most wireless adapters/bridges other than the Linksys models supported by DirecTV you have to first connect the adapter to the Ethernet port on a PC and use the PC's web browser to configure the bridge for the proper mode and to talk to your wireless network (passwords etc.). This is the same process you would go through if you were connecting the adapter to a PC and should be covered in the DLink manual. Once that's done, you can connect the adapter to the receiver and it should find the network automatically.

I have other devices on the bridge side and they work fine, a laptop, security system DVR, etc. and at one point the HR24 was hooked up there and I was able to use DIRECTV2PC. I will double check the bridge like you said to make sure all is setup correctly. I hadn't thought of that!

Did you run the restore defaults etc? That may well complete your connection without making any changes at all.

Another question is can I run my broadband directly into the SWM? This would be fairly easy to do since it is physically close to the dish.

I did restore defaults on all rcvrs, a couple of times even with the same result. I will try the bridge config when I get home.

No, the Cable TV line and the DirecTV system can not be connected to each other directly, you must use the BB DECA and an Ethernet connection to bridge them. Looking at you drawing, it might be better to connect the BB DECA directly to the main splitter instead of using a second 2-way splitter, if that is possible. The 2-way splitter connecting the BB DECA is a DirecTV provided, green label splitter?

I read somewhere there is a port on the SWM for off air/cable tv input. Not sure if this is the one I have though. The splitter is one that was provided by the system installer. This isn't saying much since the location he connected it would not have worked anyway. I did not see a green sticker on it and was wondering about that myself. Should have mentioned it earlier but forgot about it.
Thanks, for your help. I have some things to check / try when I get home. I will report back later.

Based on the diagram you have a SWiM dish which is the standard for this type of installation. Even if you had a separate SWiM module, current installations with DECA can not combine DirecTV and Cable or OTA signals on the same cable. And even if they could that would not get you an internet connection, which requires the cable modem.
The 2-way splitter connecting the BB DECA to the coax needs to be a DirecTV SWiM and DECA multiroom rated splitter, which would have a green label like the ones linked below. The main splitter should also be approved and have a green label. The green label splitters are designed to pass DECA signals between the ports and using the wrong splitter can cause problems.

That makes sense.
I'll get the splitter on order, because the one I have does not have the green sticker. Then I'll check the bridge settings.
