Multiple self checks and no servers found

March 18th watching and recording a show at about 8:50pm Receiver performs self check. Then today less than 24 hours later watching tv about 3pm another self check. The self checks usually only happen during the middle of the night or very early AM hours. So then same day march 19th at 11pm it shows no servers found for 10 minutes i was in bed so didn't get up to reset the receiver but it came back on. I messaged directv and was told to make sure all cables were connected. (Insert eye roll) anyone have any issues like this with thier receiver.

@Monkeymom, you’ll see these errors when your DIRECTV equipment isn’t communicating with the main Genie receiver. 

 

Learn about error codes 611, 612, 613, or No Servers Connected and how to fix them.
