Music Channels Floating Logo

Can anyone help with this question?

My cousin in Allentown, Pa. with the basic pkg. enjoys, while listening to the music ch. of choice the info re: the song playing, i.e.,Title, Artist, etc all inside the floating graphics type box.

I on the other hand, having the Choice Xtra pkg. w/HD pkg. initially get the info when first tuning to a music ch., then the screen goes blank while subsequent songs are played and only to see DirectV's floating logo.

As in my cousin's case it it nice to look up at any given time and be able to see the info being displayed.

This is with the reception via the HD rcv'r.   On my other basic rcvr's., when a new song is played there is a short delay and then the info is displayed for a few seconds.

Does anyone know why I can't get the displayed info graphic??? and does anyone else share this annoying problem???
