After several heavy windstorms, my channels are frequently scrambled. Can someone come to check whether the winds have affected my satellite?

You have to call DTV and wait until a CSR can setup a tech visit.

Is it specific channels or a variety at any time?
if your satellite has moved it will lose signal strength. You can check your signal strength before (or while you wait) to get a better idea of the issue. This may help indicate the cause of the issue.
Menu > settings > satellite
