My Claim And I are Being Ignored

Direct TV installed the cable equipment incorrectly. On 6/24/2020 it smoked my TV/ equipment and electrically shocked and burned my pregnant wife's fingers badly. They are blaming it on their subcontractor Synergies 3 Tec Services. I've called and called and sent emails, seems no one is wanting to have a dialogue about it- just being avoided. Claim 2006002755-01. ATT transfers me...Direct TV transfers me...Synergies won't pick up my calls. What can I do?! Randy
