My new favorite problem

So my new favorite problem in a long line of problems with ATT and how they treat their customers. 

if you write about problems on this community forum, you may get someone to like your comment, but you can’t get ATT or Direct TV to help. 

I wish my area had better options for Internet then just cable and ATT. Maybe that’s why ATT can get away with overcharging people which is stealing if the truth be known. 

Last thing, if you have HBO, ATT gives you zero choice and just starts charging you for HBOMAX even if you didn’t request it or use. Just a way to increase your bill.
