My TV is not showing anything on the screen, I am only getting a blue screen with the words Hisens

I had an interruption in my service, the main TV and one of the bedroom genies are working, but the other one is just showing a blue screen. How do I connect the genies to the main receiver?

Do you mean "Hisense?" That is the name of a model TV. Make sure that the Genie mini is turned ON, connected to the right input, that the HDMI cable (or component cable) is properly secured and in working condition. I would also try seeing if the Genie Mini has a bright green light next to "NETWORK." This doesn't sound like an issue with interrupted service, but rather an issue with your HDMI connection or the TV not set to the proper input.
