Need a Replacement For my HR24
I need a replacement for my HR24, my old one does not turn on and it smokes so I put the dvr aside and I'm now looking for replacements on Directv
Yesturday, I chat with an agent and they said the HR24s are in stock.

Doubt it, DTV has not made HR24s in years. So why didn't DTV send it for the shipping fee of $20 or free with the protection plan?
