need code for philips home theater system

I just bought a Philips hts3051b/f7 i have tried all the codes that they give me and have tried putting in 991 and choosing 3 and pressing up on volume to try and find a code for it and it hasn't worked so far. does anybody know what else i can do to get this to work i hate having to lug around multiple remotes. if anybody can help that would be great.
