Need new location connected to DirecTV receiver

Hi. I think I need a service technician to come to my house and connect my supply line (coax) from my existing DirecTV junction box (they installed) to a new room in my house where the main receiver will be moved to.  All wiring is run and in location, just need connection and movement of the main DVR and Genie.  Yet, I cannot find any possible way to do this or request this at DirecTV, and can't understand why? I cannot be the only customer in the history of the company to ever ask for this important service.
