Need to move dish....but where?
I have been with DirecTv for roughly ten years. I bought this new house about 5 years ago. The previous homeowner had a DISH Network dish mounted to part of an awning over the rear deck of the house. When I had my DirecTv dish installed, the installer told me that since this beam would sway in the breeze, it wasn't an ideal location for the dish. They put up my dish anyway, and it has worked fairly well, until recently. I have begun losing HD channels. I know it's a dish pointing issue, because if I wedge a flat-head screwdriver behind the mounting foot of the dish, to "wedge" it a bit, I get slightly higher signal strength on 103ca and 103cb. I still do not get Food Network HD, ESPN NEWS HD, and a few others. SPEED HD is really choppy. You get the point. Since I can see the beam my dish is mounted to swaying in the breeze, I know this mounting location is no good.
What will DirecTv do for me? I have a 2 story stick-built home with chimney. Will they roof mount my dish for me? If so, will they mount it on the 2nd story roof, or just the 1st level? If I mount it myself, will DirecTV come out and aim it for me?
Here is a photo of my house to give an idea of the two "levels" of my house.

Thanks!
