Need to talk or email Directv Customer Service
I spoke to several people last week with a problem installing the Directv Gemini remote to our tv. I need to apologize to two of the people, maybe through a supervisor. I ordered the new Gemini remote and received it the next day. When I installed it I had a problem getting past one screen on the installation guide. I called Directv and a lady named Alyssa worked with me for 3 hours before she finally figured out the person that I spoke to the day before had sent the wrong unit to us. She said she scheduled a technician to bring the correct one to us the following day. We rescheduled appointments to make sure we would be here. When no one came the next day I called and found out she hadn't scheduled anything. I was so upset and spoke very loudly to the man I was speaking to. This is what I need to apologize for. He didn't make the mistake but had to listen to me yelling. I called back later to verify the time and date of our new technician appointment and found out it wasn't scheduled either. The third person really got yelled at but it wasn't his fault the others had made errors. Hopefully we have an appointment now but it's 2 weeks away. All my anger didn't help the situation, just made me ashamed of the way I spoke to the people on the other end of the call. I admit the 3 representatives all made mistakes but if I had used better telephone skills I may not have felt like such a (Edited per community guidelines) afterwards. I didn't curse or call anyone names but I did speak in a very loud voice and that wasn't the way I should have handled the situation.
Is it possible that this might be sent to a Customer Service Supervisor so they will know I regret the way I reacted to their mistakes?

Doubt DTV will send a tech out to change a remote, even if you will pay the $99 service fee. Remotes are an owned accessory and you can get them online cheaper.
