New home install question

Just purchased a new construction home.  It has been wired for cable and has a central location in the finished basement to tap in the cable lines.  Will DTV be able to use the existing wiring by running a line down from the dish to the central location and out to all of the cable outlets which would then be connected to the receivers ?  I plan to have two receivers in the basement, one on the first floor family room and 2 upstairs.  I would like to avoid more wiring or drilling holes in walls.  Sorry if this does not make sense but looking for some help.  What extra equipment will I need ?  I will have 3 HD/DVRs and 2 standards.  Thanks
