New Intellian S6HD satellite missing all even transponders

Just installed a new Intellian S6HD satellite on my vessel and am only getting half of my channels. The other half gets a 771 error.

Pulled all new coax from the satellite on top of the pilot house to the control area where all the direct tv equipment is. 

This satellite has its own antenna control unit. I have 2 SWM 30's and they feed 26 H25 receivers using 4 8 port splitters. I'm stumped on why I'm only getting half the channels. All even transponders show 0 while the odd transponders are in the 90's.

I'm not sure how to upload photos on here to show my current instillation and equipment, but if you have any ideas where to look let me know.
