New R16NC-500 box troubles
I got a new box it's NOT HD..here are my troubles..
1. square pixels on and off on the tv sometimes a few sometimes the complete screen
2. a chirping noise random
3.recorded shows look like badly edited movies with skipped parts and audio glitches
here is what I have done so far...
1. unpluged the box for a minute than let it go through it's process ...still same after 5 attempts
2. went through system setup and re setup the satellite several times ...still same
3.went through system setup and reset the box wiped out everything several times...still the same
not sure what else to try i have only had it a week it was installed by a tech using the wires we already had the old box works fine (as slow as it was)
