NFL SUNDAY TICKET To Go

I am viewing the web page, which loaded without issue, however the screen indicates "Cannot connect to server." The other day when I set it up the RedZone channel provided a preview and there was a sample video from NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC showing. I can't get anything except "Cannot connect to server." Please help.
