No Audio on any HD Channel

Help!!!

I've been out of town for a few days. I get back to find that the 6.3 software has been pushed to my HD10-250, and that it no longer plays audio on any HD channel.

Audio works fine when moving through the TiVo menus. It also works fine on SD channels. But when I switch to an HD channel (either one delivered via satellite or Off Air), or play an HD recording, I hear a "pop", and then nothing. Video seems fine.
