No channels in the guide?

So, as you all know, we've had a snow storm in Denver. All the snows nearly gone as it's been warm...

Yesterday, our 3 tvs/receivers finally had reception. When I got home after work, the living room tv wasn't working. But it wasn't the reception (I don't think). When I went to the guide, the date said 8/4 and there were "no channels listed". I reset the receiver from the remote & from pressing the red button. That didn't work. Every few minutes, the black screen would flash, what I think, is the "satellite signal" error. But it flashed so quickly, I couldn't read it.

When I called tech support, the lady said it sounds like something a tech needs to come inspect. But she suggested I try one of the bedroom tv receivers that was working out in the living room. So, I did that. Same thing happened. Then, when I went to plug the receiver back into the bedroom the same thing started happening on that tv.

I've come here because they can't get someone out to look at it until NOVEMBER 8th!!! That's just absurd. I switched from Comcast, and have been mostly happy (not to mention have saved a lot of money)... but I'd rather pay more money to have my tvs working through a snow storm, and know that if something goes wrong it'll be fixed in a day or 2 and be under warranty!!!

HELP! Please 😉
