No Harrisburg local channels to Franklin County, PA

I live in Franklin County Pennsylvania. In 2004-2005 Nielsen Media Research moved Franklin County from the Washington DC DMA to the Harrisburg-Lancaster-Lebanon-York DMA. However, DIRECTV is still serving Franklin County with Washington DC local channels. How can I get DIRECTV to address this issue? To date, it has been like pulling teeth. Every time I talk to a CSR they punch my zip code in and tell me I am in the Washington DC local area. They will not elevate the issue to someone that can resolve their error. I think 2+ years is long enough to be receiving the wrong local channels. After all, DISH Network and Comcast Cable offer the correct services. I have been a longtime subscriber to DIRECTV and would like to continue receiving their service. I just want the correct channels.

I have even gone so far as contacting Nielsen Media Research for a map of the Harrisburg DMA. The map that they sent me clearly identifies Franklin County as being in the Harrisburg DMA, NOT the Washington DC DMA.

I know some people in Shippensburg get Harrisburg. I believe local channels are desginated on a county by county basis and are derived from the Nielsen Media Research Designated Market Area (DMA) assignments. In 2004-2005 Nielsen moved the entire county from the Washington market to the Harrisburg market.

Hopefully soon, I too will be watching Harrisburg channels...
