no one told me about setting up additional tvs at no extra cost with original installation

now I am being quoted $180. for my small bedroom tv. When you are as old as I am, things need to be explained. I thought if I mentioned my other tv there would be extra charges - it would have been free. I only had about 10 channels on my small tv and assumed it was being received from an outside source.
