no picture but have sound

The secondary tv in the kitchen has sound but no picture.  I have unplugged it, hit the blue button on the front and the red reset button on the side of the wireless unit, and I even hit the main reset button on the big unit in the family room, but still no picture.  Calling tech help has been NO HELP at all, but a lot of confusion and a lot of wasted time.  If you cannot help, I need a technician to come to my house.  I am about to cancel directv
