Assuming you mean pictures in the guide - you probably have blank boxes for them? They are downloaded and take some time - usually up to 24 hours - sometimes a bit longer
Really, ok, it’s been 4 days. Hopefully they will come in soon! Seems kind of weird that they just mysteriously appear but I’ll keep waiting. Not that I have a choice! Thanks for all of your comments.

Just be patient. It takes several days for all of the guide data to download.
