No signal, Genie reports single SWM channel available
We have a RV with Winegard Trav'ler dish mounted on roof, paired with DirecTV Genie (HR-54/700). System has worked fine up until recently. The dish control box is reporting lock on 3 satellites (99,101,103), yet Genie says no signal. Checking Genie satellite dish setup screen, it shows warning "single SWM channel available" message. SL3 LNB configuration & SWM switch type is set. Running system test, diagnostic code 41-364 (Satellite dish alignment or distribution problem).
I am wondering if I need to replace the SWM...anyone have suggestions for further troubleshooting?

The HR54 has a built-in SWM power supply, so you should need an external SWM supply. If you're using an external supply, be sure that it's connected to the "power passing" port on your SWM coax splitter.

Thanks for comment.
After submitting original post, from further reading I *think* SWM is integrated with LNB on dish arm assembly. I need to get on roof and remove LNB to order replacement I guess.

That is why it is called a SWM LNB and there are only 2 models SWM LNB and the SWM RBLNB both will work.
