Nomad not finding content/DVR's

I hooked up my Nomad to my network and after it powered on all the lights are blue. I have 2 HR24's and everything is on a wired network. My PC and iPad apps activated fine but neither display any DVR content. When I go to settings it can't find either DVR. My login works with the DIRECTV remote/streaming app fine. Any suggestions?

I should add that all the settings in External Device menu are set to Allow.

On  each DVR press and hold the "info" button then select "more system info".  Scroll down and note wether Internet shows as connected.  If so, are you sure the DVR's and the Nomad are on the same sub net and network?

Also, under the DVR's System Setup > Whole Home > External Devices menu, be sure that everything is set to "Allow".

Both DVR's are connected to the internet. All 3 devices are plugged into the same router with DHCP so they all have the same network.

Reset your HR24 DVR's by pressing the red reset button under the front panel and see if that works. There have been a few similar issues on this forum where a DVR reset fixed the problem you describe.
