Non return equipment fees

How long does it really take the back office to send a label to return a receiver? Never received a label to this day for a receiver that was replaced in mid-September 2020. I have record of calling and calling and assured I wouldn't be charged a fee because I had made so many attempts to get a return label. I was charged on November 2020 bill for $135 Non Return Recordable Equipment. I have spoken to AT&T for a credit and assured it was received by the return department, but not noted on my account. This case has been escalted by 3 or 4 reps, but nothing happens and nobody tries to see if the receiver is at their return facility. I have the tracking number where it was sent USPS and handed off to their agent (whatever that means and it don't let you track passed 4 days). Does anyone have any other contacts with Directv side of ATT that I can get confirmation that my equipment was received so I can get my credit?

You will never get a label you take it to a UPS/FedEx store to scan it in and keep the receipt.
