Not able to switch tuners
I used to be able to switch tuners and watch/pause two different programs at the same time. Now I cannot and I also have lost the ability to record one program and watch a different program at the same time. When I try to switch channels it prompts me to either cancel the recording or keep recording and stay on the channel. Am I doing something wrong?
