not finding signal

I am getting values in my signal strength but from some reading on here the values may not be quite good enough - here are the readings, please give me some advice.

This is a 3 LNB dish.

I guess I should add that this is known to be a good dish and reciever (it's just moved location) but it's entirely feasible that the dish isn't pointed 100% on the button, cables totally secured, ect.
