October 21st Software Update Question
I'm well informed on the issue. At this point I'm wondering:
1. will DTV fix this for free? They are telling me tech will need to come out which costs 40 dollars or so
2. If tech does come out will I have to pay for a new receiver if it comes down to it
3. In their terms of service they state that any failures caused by DTV will be refunded appropriately (I would copy the section but their website is down to "maximize" my online experience" 🙂
4. If I take a screen cap of my satellite setup screen showing that I'm unable to switch to single tuner will this be enough evidence to get them to fix this for free?
Anyone with experience dealing with their tech support? I appreciate any help.
