One (of four) wireless mini C41W won't connect to Genie2-HS17

I have four wireless Genie minis (C41W-500) connected to a Genie2-HS17. All were working fine (for two years) until yesterday. After several brief power surges, three of the four are are still connected/working, but the fourth is not. I've reset the Genie2 and the mini but an error message still says it can't connect to the wireless video bridge and the red light on the mini keeps blinking. The mini that is not connecting is the closest mini to the Genie2 (it's 18 inches away, in the same cabinet).

Any suggestions?

What happens if you swap the "bad" Mini Genie with one of your good boxes?

When I swap the "bad" mini genie for a good one, the good one works fine where the bad one did not (same cables/connections; just swapped boxes). The bad mini Genie is still giving the same error message in the new location.

@MarkM2235 the bad Genie mini likely got

messed up from the power surges since you confirmed what @litzdog911 asked. You will need to call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and let them know that one of your Genie mini clients died. Ask specifically for a wireless client so that your system will act the same as before.

@DIRECTVhelp  Thank you. There is no chat icon next to the bell though. Where am I supposed to be looking?

@MarkM2235 what device/PC are you using to access this website? I can see the chat icon both on my iPhone as well as my Windows 10 PC. Try refreshing cache and cookies or you can try a new web browser

@detuch254  Thanks, the chat icon popped up after about 15 minutes. Right after I sent that last message, of course.
