You swapped a Genie client from another room, put it in the room of the defective receiver (Genie client), and the issue persisted? I would assume it was because either the Video Bridge is too far away from the box or another reason. What are all of the receiver models? How far away is the living room genie client from the video bridge?

Thank you for your responses. I am technically illiterate and I don't understand most of this. I am not sure what the wireless bridge actually is? For the room with the mini genie  tv issue, we have a direct tv receiver and a wireless att thing? Then downstairs I have the main direct tv genie and my regular modum used for all my internet ( computers etc)  Upstairs I have another mini genie that is working.

Main genie H5 17-100

Wireless genie not working 2347 model c61- 400

I tried resetting everything. On the main genie I tried to add a client

As mentioned, I brought a working receiver and plugged in and that receiver will not work either.

Is the AT&T thing the wireless video thing? It has a red light on it and a green  icon keeps blinking. I reset that also

Sorry for my lack of technical info

A C61 isn’t a Wireless client. You must mean C61W? Additionally, there is no client manufactured by a -400 so please recheck the model number.

It seems like they have an HS17 so the WVB is built in.

Sorry. This is my receiver info C61W-400. I tried plugging the existing receiver into a different port, as mention I brought a working receiver down etc. Nothing seemed to work.

They are sending me a new receiver but I am not sure that is the problem.

Since it is football Sunday and we didn't want to watch game in bedrooms, I flipped over to ROKU source and downloaded the Direct TV app and watched tv that way.

I am skeptical, but hoping the new receiver does work. If not, I suspect I will need to have a technician come unless any of you very smart people have anything else I should try. Also- when I flip from ROKU back to Direct TV - it doesn't say Direct TV like it use to. It says "Unknown"
