One TV (with mini Genie) says ‘server not detected’

We have one Genie and four mini Genies. One of the minis gives me a ‘server not detected’ message on the screen.

I have checked all the connections, rebooted both the main Genie and the problem mini Genie and it still doesn’t work.

 I did a deep dive in the DirectTV settings and it shows that that particular Genie isn’t connected, but all the connections are solid.

What next?

Have you pressed the red button on the MINI?  restart the mini.  any chnage?
