Only one receiver can see the other

Greetings. I am a new DirecTV customer (about 3 weeks) and just got everything hooked up to my home network for On Demand. I have 4 receivers, 2 of which are HD-DVR (Kitchen/Basement). Both of these devices can successfully connect to the internet for On Demand. I have configured both for Multi-Room and both are 'Authorized'. My problem is that my Basement location can see the available recordings on the Kitchen device, but the Kitchen device cannot see the Basement device (the actual verbiage is 'No networked DVRs found' on the Kitchen device). I have both devices setup to allow deleting from all rooms, etc.

Any ideas on why one can see the other (and play video) but not vice versa? Thanks.

Basement:
IP: 192.168.0.35
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.0.1
DNS: 192.168.0.20

Kitchen:
The same as above but the IP is 192.168.0.31

Try resetting both DVRs using the red reset button behind the front panel access card door. Then wait an hour two for them to "rediscover" each other.
