Open battery compartment on RC73 remote

Thanks, Juniper, for the quick response. My issue was in the actual removal of the battery cover - without damaging cover or remote.  After pushing and tugging from several angles, the cover finally came off. Seeing how the cover is constructed, I inferred that the cover needs to be pushed inward at the latch end to somewhat free the latch - while at the same time pushing the other end of the cover in the slide-off direction.
