Pair 2021 Amazon Fire TV 4-series to DirectTV remote
Neither Amazon nor FireTV are listed as TV manufacturers during pairing remote process. Is there a code I can enter to pair. This is for 2021 Amazon brand Fire TV 4-Series

TCL did not initially work for me after trying 20 times and also attempted (and failed) to use the code 15213 mentioned on the remote lookup tool https://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageIF.jsp?assetId=P10010014.
What DID finally work was resetting the remote from the DirecTV menu > setting > remote > advanced > reset remote.
After this, I retried with TCL and it successfully connected. ✌✌✌

Thank you for the suggestion! I tried the remote reset, no luck. It connects but will not work for power or volume.
The code finder tool does not work at all, it never returns any codes, just a blank screen.
Guess I'll have to start calling support.

Paired my Tivo Remote to work with Firetv using TCL (TV Brand) code, the one that worked for me was 0368

'TCL' is the solution. I had a tech out and he couldn't figure it out. So, I'm happy this was identified within this forum. Maybe this should be shared with all CS and Field techs?
