Pairing DirecTV Genie remote with Yamaha ATS-1050 soundbar

I had this remote and soundbar paired previously and they worked well together.   The remote seemed to control both the Samsung TV/soundbar in IR mode and the DirecTV equipment with RF based on the whether the path was blocked or not. 

I have upgraded to a Sony Bravia TV with a bluetooth remote and that paired well but my soundbar control seems to have been overwritten.    I can not seem to pair the soundbar and the model is not listed in the Yamaha listing.    I see a code online for the soundbar but I don't see any way to directly add a code to the remote control.   The 'I don't know the model' has not provided a match so far.
