Panasonic PT43LC14 code issue

With HR24 (auto programing) remote or standard RC64 I found no code which will operate the Sat/TV OFF or ON  button on a Panasonic PT43LC14 DLP TV .  Volume will work correctly with most codes but TV can only be shut off with PWR button in TV mode. Is there a phantom code? There was no such problem with a Dish remote.
