Partial and Total Loss of Signal

Both my neighbor and I are experiencing the same problem with our DISH tvs.  At first, we got a message of Total Signal Loss on one tv.  The other tv still could get the signal until we tried to change a channel.  Now I have Total Signal Loss.  I unplugged, as directed, and waited.  When I connected again, it went through the drill and still said Total Signal Loss.  Then it went to Partial Signal Loss, tried to reboot, and again says Total Signal Loss.

 

I have tried calling, and all of your lines are busy.  Is this a system problem with you?

This forum is for DIRECTV users.  You need to contact DISH network with your problem.

The signal comes and goes.  Is this a system problem and when will it be fixed?

There is no system problem.  Whatever problem you're having is at your residence.  I suggest you start a new thread where you can enter your own info and include the message displayed on the screen.
