Pause / Reverse / Forward display is no longer showing up (although all those functions work)

Hi, I found a similar post from 3 years ago, it was resolved by unplugging the DirectTV box for 15s and restarting. This is not working for me. I was also on the phone w/ DirectTV support, we tried resetting to Defaults, both on my directtv remote and on my LG tv, no luck. We also reset via the Red button several times - they are out of ideas.  I even re-programmed one of my other remotes to the same TV, and same issue (as they were going to send me a new remote, but this verifies that will not work.

This was working until this morning (when my kid was playing w/ the remote, so she hit some button combination to hide this display, but no idea what it was).  Is there any way to get this display back?

Again -- all functionality works, I can Pause, Reverse, Forward ... I just don't see the indicator display anymore.  Thanks!!!!!

Kudos to DirectTV, some rep called me back and had me troubleshoot further ... this time we did a reset of the main receiver unit, unplugged/replugged for 25s - even though that was not the unit/TV with the issue.  And then did the uplug/replug on the problematic unit.  After this it is working!  Thank you!!!
