Picture frozen but audio okay

The picture on my TV is freezing, jumping around, and periodically dissolving into pixels. Right now the video is completely frozen.  The audio is fine. Anybody have any idea why this might be, and what I can do to fix it? (Or do I need to call DirecTV?)
