Playback cuts in and out

Question

the picture is ok but the audio cuts in and out.Also the fast forward looses sync with the videoI have 3 hr20-700 units all activated on a 100 mbs LAN at home

How often does the 'audio cuts in and out'? This might just be normal with this version of software. A new HD DVR software version is rolling out now that will be much better.

sometimes it is perfect, other times it is so bad (frequent) that I cant understand any audio.

The problem with fast forward is fairly consistant, if I go full FF (4 clicks) the picture either
freezes or moves very slowly while the actual program is really moving at FF x 4. This makes it impossible
to go past a commercial and stop at the program start.

My current software is 0X395 January 27

Many of us find the 4X FF to be too fast for commercial skipping. I use 3X to start, then back off to 2X when getting near to resumption of the program. As stated, the new software that began rollout on the 1st is much smoother.

Yes, all automatically. You don't need to do a thing, it may take a couple of weeks but it'll be along. The version number is 0x03a8
