Playlist missing from just one receiver

Unfortunately I'm back this week. I bought a Belkin 718 wireless router to replace my aging Netgear. I set up the Whole-Home DVR to connect to the internet with no problems whatsoever. The Whole-Home DVR is in the living room. I have a receiver in the kitchen and one in the bedroom. I set those up as well as initially the playlist was missing on both receivers after changing wireless routers. Everything was fine, but after a few hours the playlist was missing from only the kitchen receiver. I restored defaults on the kitchen receiver and still no playlist. The kitchen receiver is connected to the internet. What is puzzling to me is why is the kitchen receiver the only one that won't display the playlist? Thank you for your help.

How did you connect the Whole Home system to your new router?  The supported way is via  a coax cable from the splitter to a BB adapter located at your router and then a Ethernet jumper to the router.

When you change a router in a Whole Home environment the receivers are still looking for the old router and not finding it can become confused.  The repair is to rest the system thus.  Note you must do all the steps in the order listed.  A piecemeal approach will not correct the issue.

First thing to try is resetting the DECA network....it must be done in this order. Before you begin, assure that DHCP is enabled on your router if your system is connected to the Internet.  This is essential.

1. Disconnect AC power from each DVR and Receiver

2. Disconnect power from the DECA BB Adapter (black or white DECA BB box)

3. Disconnect power from the SWM dish Power Inserter (do you know where yours is located)?

4. Disconnect then reconnect AC power on your home network gateway/router and modem.

5. Wait a few minutes for the router to reset

6. Re-power the DECA Broadband Adapter

7. Re-power the SWM Power Inserter.

8. Re-power each DVR and Receiver

Following that, press and hold the info button on one DVR, then select more system info. Scroll down and check that Internet is listed as connected.

Hit the reset button on the kitchen receiver and now the playlist is visible again.
