Thank you for reaching out to us! We'd love to help you with your watch experience! Did you reset your DVR?
We suggest that you reset your DVR, by unplugging it from power 15-20 seconds or press and hold the red reset button located near the access card to see if that helps.
You can also clear cache on your mobile device, uninstall the app, restart device and then re-install the app and see if that helps!
