Poor Picture quality on all receivers / TVs. Do these signal strengths look okay? Are these zeros normal?

I've been noticing poor picture quality on all my TVs... especially noticeably with sports: slightly pixelated / loss of detail.  Genie 2 (HS17-500) system with 1x 4k Genie Mini (C61K-700) and 2x Genie Minis (C41-500).  I'm quite tech savvy and have gone thru all picture quality options on all 3 tvs and within the receiver settings as well.

Any red flags with these zeros in my signal strength?  Any other tips?
