Problem: unable to close the TV table doors

Last Thursday your DirecTV installer did a new HD-DVR system including a special cable and disc. He put a dual cable inside the TV table after drilling two or three holes for the cable thru a cellar. After the cable went thru the floor from the cellar to the Great room floor to the TV table. It has three drawers. I am unable to close the door because of the dual cable. Please correct the problem. Get your installer.

Note: the new HD-DVR system works so well.
